Dear Volunteers,
Doors open this Sunday at 12:30 at the Convention Center. Training will begin at 1 PM.
If you have registered to be an interviewer (either AM or PM), you will be in the Pecos-Mesilla Room. If you have registered to be a part of community support, you will be in the Ruidoso Room.
Even if you are not certain about future involvement (and you are not in the registrar training), you will want to attend the Community Support training. It does not obligate you to further involvement, but is very informative training.
All are welcome to stay to hear Mayor Berry and our special national at the Community Conversation at 3:30 in Ballroom C (doors open at 3 PM). There will also be time for questions and answers at that session.
At the end of next week, Friday, Feb. 4th, a special meeting will be held at 9 AM at 100 Gold Street. We will be announcing the results of your hard work during Survey Week. Please plan to attend!
