There are so many groups in Albuquerque that help the homeless with a place for the night or some food for the day.
But we wanted to revisit a group called “Albuquerque Heading Home,” which the city of Albuquerque founded one year ago.
The group was founded to employ a different approach – to find permanent homes for those on the streets.
